Science:

The Great TV Cover UP

If we look at the television with an analytical eye, it is the most influential manifestation of our lives. Through studying Psychology at College, from other people's interpretation of TV and my own, I agree that television is based on fantasy more than fact. This brings 'reality in a confused world'. I don't totally disagree on every programme that is shown, but I still think that TV is partly responsible for societies downfall. We have to take it with a 'pinch of salt'.

The Barren rock

The nature programmes on evolution is very sparse. There have been comments, in books that the speaker of the programme shows from rock evidence that evolution is correct. If we look with an analytical eye, we see that this is sincerely wrong. The speaker shows a large number of species on one layer of rock, but the rest of rock is barren showing no indication of evolution. Does this not show that species came all at once? Quite cleverly the speaker deceives the audience from this important factor. It is easy to do so. Someone once said to me, 'Which is the right saying? The yolk of an egg are white, or the yolk of an egg is white'. Neither is correct, because the yolk of an egg is not white, it's yellow.

Museums

But isn't that begging the whole question? As Dr E. K. Victor Pearce said in his book, 'Evidence for truth, Science', 'It is. Many museums are deceiving the public by taking a convenient later fossil and replacing it between two forms of life to make it look like an evolutionary link. I could name many cases. Sometimes even a modern animal is taken. It is then given as a suggestion of what the evolutionary link should have looked like if only they had found it.

Evolutionist Frauds

A seeming plausible suggestion was made on a TV programme that bird's feathers evolved from reptile scales. Sometimes, to support this, the fossil called archaeopteryx is given as a transitional form between reptiles and birds. The suggestion was puzzling to many zoologists because the flying reptile was distinctly reptile but the feathers were modern birds' feathers.

It was that leading Cambridge scientist, Fred Hoyle, who solved the problem. He discovered that the fossil was a fraud. He examined the fossil under a microscope and saw that the birds' feathers had been stuck on with glue! So archaeopteryx joined a long list of evolutionist frauds.

The suggestion that feathers developed from reptile scales has never been tested, neither is there any fossil record of scales forming in to feathers. Only a most wonderful Designer can account for feathers. So you see, the theory of evolution is a flight of fancy, whereas creationists face up to the facts.

The Public Receive False Implications

So how is it then that the public conceives the wrong idea? Easy, not only does propaganda on TV by atheistic communism as to account for, but the fact that an issue like this is rarely talked about. Only blasphemers use the word God in desperate situations. How much religion appears on TV? Barely any, and when it does appear on TV, it gives the wrong impression about Christianity altogether. Is there any other reason the public conceives the wrong idea? Yes, I think, too, that there is another reason. It is people's eagerness to accept any theory, which will give them an escape from, or an excuse not to believe in God, that is why so many people don't consider it. As St Peter wrote, 'They greedily run into error'. People don't want to change their ways because they would have to sacrifice their selfish desires, but until they do, they won't know how great and important Christianity is. Usually it's the best known scientists who are Christians: Newton, Faraday, Boyle, Mendel and many others. Even Einstein admitted that he believed in God.
